Renee Miller is the President and founder of R. Miller Consulting Group (RMCG) a Florida based Government Management Consulting Firm with offices in South Florida and the Charlotte Metro Area. Renee is an International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Credentialed Manager with over 24 years of experience in local government and has worked as a senior municipal executive and City Manager for over a decade prior to entering the private sector to create RMCG.
Renee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
RMCG specializes in the areas of Economic Development, Real Estate Development Consulting, Public Private Partnership Solutions, and Government Management and Administration.
Her years of experience as a municipal manager gives her an intimate understanding of the complexities of local government operations, finances, and regulatory requirements. That unique expertise and perspective is what makes the RMCG team successful at helping clients implement their community’s vision.
